İşbu form, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uyarınca, mesafeli sözleşme kurulmadan önce ALICI'nın bilgilendirilmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

Kişiye özel eserler, ALICI'nın anlattıklarından esinlenen kurgu eserlerdir; biyografi ya da araştırmaya dayalı çalışma değildir.

3. Fiyat

Satış fiyatı, vergiler dahil olarak sipariş anında internet sitesinde ve ödeme sayfasında gösterilen tutardır. Basılı ürünlerde gönderim bedeli fiyata dahildir.

4. Ödeme Şekli

Siparişler Payhip üzerinden verilir. Kullanılabilen ödeme yöntemleri ve toplam tutar, ödeme alınmadan önce ödeme sayfasında gösterilir.

5. Teslimat

Dijital içerikler ödeme sonrasında elektronik ortamda; kişiselleştirilmiş nüshalar istenen ad alındıktan sonra 2 gün içinde e-posta ile; kişiye özel eserler ALICI'nın istenen bilgileri eksiksiz göndermesinden itibaren yukarıdaki tabloda belirtilen süreler içinde teslim edilir. Basılı ürünler, bu teklif kapsamında ALICI'nın ABD, Birleşik Krallık veya Kanada içindeki adresine gönderilir.

6. Cayma Hakkı

Türk hukukunun uygulandığı işlemlerde kural olarak 14 günlük cayma hakkı vardır. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği madde 15/1-ğ kapsamında anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallarda ve madde 15/1-b kapsamında tüketicinin kişisel ihtiyaçlarına göre hazırlanan mallarda ilgili istisna uygulanabilir. Yazım işinin hizmet niteliğinde olduğu hâllerde, cayma süresi dolmadan ifaya başlanması için tüketicinin önceden onayı alınır; madde 15/1-h ancak koşulları sağlanmışsa uygulanır. Sadece bu sayfayı ziyaret etmek onay sayılmaz.

Kanuni haklar saklıdır: Gönüllü iade koşulları; ayıplı, eksik veya hiç teslim edilmeyen ürün ve hizmetlere ilişkin kanuni hakları sınırlandırmaz. Alıcının mutat meskeninin bulunduğu ülkede uygulanması zorunlu tüketici koruması hükümleri saklıdır.

7. Şikâyet ve İtiraz

Şikâyetler [email protected] adresine iletilebilir. Uyuşmazlık halinde ALICI, parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine, bu sınırları aşan durumlarda Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurabilir.

Custom works are works of fiction inspired by what the buyer tells me — not biographies or researched histories.

3. Price

The price shown, including taxes, on the website and payment page at the time of order. Postage is included for printed products.

4. Payment

Orders are placed through Payhip. The available methods and full amount are shown before advance payment is taken.

5. Delivery

Digital content is delivered electronically after payment; personalised copies by email within 2 days of receiving the chosen name; custom works within the periods shown above, counted from when the buyer has sent the requested information in full. Printed products in this offer are shipped to the buyer’s address in the US, UK, or Canada.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Where Turkish law applies, a 14-day withdrawal right generally applies, subject to the exceptions in Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. These include immediately delivered intangible goods (15/1-ğ) and goods made to the consumer's personal specifications (15/1-b). Where a writing commission is a service, starting it during the withdrawal period requires the consumer's prior consent; the service exception (15/1-h) applies only when its conditions are met. Visiting this page does not give that consent.

Your statutory rights remain: This voluntary refund policy does not limit remedies for faulty, incomplete or undelivered goods or services, or mandatory consumer protections applicable where you habitually reside.
