This page explains what I do with your information. It covers orders, written details, and voice recordings you choose to share.
What I hold
- Your name and email address, so I can send you what you bought and answer you.
- Your delivery address, only if you order a printed book.
- What you ordered and when.
- Anything you send me when you commission written work — your answers, your recordings, whatever you choose to tell me.
I never see or hold your card details. Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at Payhip checkout.
Who else is involved
- The payment provider shown at checkout processes your payment (iyzico where enabled).
- Payhip runs the shop and provides digital delivery where configured.
- Tally collects your written form answers.
- SpeakPipe collects your voice recordings and the contact details you submit with them. Recordings arrive separately and are matched to your order using your email address.
- My printing partner receives your name and delivery address, only for printed books.
- My email provider, because that is where your messages to me live.
I do not sell or rent your personal information. Service providers receive only information needed for their roles; information may also be disclosed when legally required. The website host processes technical request data. The site uses system fonts and serves its images and video from the same website; it does not request fonts from Google Fonts.
What you tell me about your family
If transcription or AI assistance is used to process your recordings or develop your custom story, you will be told which provider will receive the material, for what purpose and under which data-protection safeguards before it is sent. Do not send unnecessary health details, identity documents or information you are not entitled to share.
I do not publish or sell your family material, or use it on the website, in newsletters or as an example to other customers without your permission. Necessary service providers may process it as explained above. If I ever wanted to quote a single line from your book, I would ask you first and take no for an answer.
Information is kept only as needed to fulfil the order, provide the agreed corrections and meet applicable retention obligations. You may request deletion; records that must be retained by law or for legal claims may be kept for the necessary period. I will explain the outcome of your request.
Cookies & browser preferences
If you pause decorative motion on the home page, the website stores that preference in your browser so it can remember your choice. This preference is not sent to the seller or used for advertising. Your device’s reduced-motion setting is also respected.
The website does not include advertising trackers. The memory-sharing pages embed Tally and SpeakPipe, which receive technical connection information when their tools load and may use cookies or browser storage under their own policies. External shop and payment pages also have their own policies. See Tally’s privacy policy and SpeakPipe’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to [email protected]. The data controller is identified in the KVKK notice.
