These terms apply to everything sold on this website. By buying something here you agree to them. The Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form also form part of your order.
Who you are buying from
Emory Lunn is a pen name. Full seller details are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement. Orders are placed through Payhip. The checkout shows the available payment methods and total before you pay.
What you are buying
- The novels. The two original novels in digital editions. The included files are listed on the Payhip product page and supplied after completed payment.
- A personalised copy. The same files with your name printed inside, prepared and sent by email within two days of receiving your chosen name.
- Custom works written to order. A page or a novel written from the answers you give me — delivered digitally, or printed and posted to you where stated.
Custom works are fiction
A custom work is a novel inspired by your family, not a biography. I write from what you tell me. I do not research or verify it. Scenes may be arranged, events may be placed in a different order, and conversations may be written as a novelist writes them. Names, places and dates you give me in writing are used exactly as given. The result is a work of fiction, with imagined scenes and dialogue.
What you may do with it
The novels are for your personal use. You may read them on all your own devices, print them for yourself and give a printed copy to a member of your family. You may not resell them, upload them anywhere or distribute them publicly. The text remains my copyright.
A custom work written about your family is yours to keep, print and pass on. I will not publish it, sell it or show it to anybody without asking you first.
Your information
When you commission written work you confirm that you have the right to share what you send me and that it does not infringe anybody else's rights.
Timescales
Delivery times are given on the Delivery & Returns page. For custom works they are counted from when I receive your answers in full.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, including Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Changes
The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought.
