For custom works, the clock starts when I receive your answers — not when you order. The sooner you send them, the sooner your book arrives.
Printed books are printed by my printing partner and posted directly to the address you give. Postage is included in the price. You will receive tracking details by email when your book is dispatched.

Refunds — the novels
If you don't like them, tell me within 30 days and I will refund you in full. No form, no questions, nothing to send back.
Refunds — personalised copies
If it has not arrived, or the name is wrong, tell me — fixing it takes me two minutes, and I would much rather fix it than refund it. If you still want a refund, you will get one.
Refunds — custom works
Your statutory rights remain: This voluntary refund policy does not limit remedies for faulty, incomplete or undelivered goods or services, or mandatory consumer protections applicable where you habitually reside.
- Before I begin writing: full refund, no questions.
- Once I have begun, I cannot undo the work, so I do not refund it. Instead I keep correcting it until it is right — names, dates, places, the order things happened, the way somebody spoke — for as long as that takes.
I will always tell you the day I start, so you know exactly where that line is.
Damaged or lost printed books
If your printed book arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the stated time, write to me with a photograph if it is damaged. I will have it reprinted and sent again at no cost to you.
This replacement offer does not remove your right to another remedy, including a refund, where applicable law provides one.
How to ask
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send a clear statement to the email or postal address on the Contact page. For example: “I withdraw from my order for [product], order number [number], ordered on [date]. My name is [name].” You may use your own wording; this example is optional.
Email [email protected] with your order number. One line is enough. Approved refunds are returned to your original card within 14 days.

Kişiye özel eserlerde teslim süresi, sipariş tarihinden değil, ALICI'nın istenen bilgileri eksiksiz göndermesinden itibaren başlar.
Basılı kitaplar baskı iş ortağı tarafından basılarak ALICI'nın bildirdiği adrese doğrudan gönderilir. Gönderim bedeli fiyata dahildir. Kargo takip bilgisi gönderim sırasında e-posta ile iletilir.
İade — romanlar
Satın alma tarihinden itibaren 30 gün içinde, gerekçe gösterilmeksizin tam iade.
İade — kişiselleştirilmiş nüshalar
Nüsha ulaşmamışsa veya isim hatalıysa düzeltme yapılır; ALICI yine de iade isterse iade yapılır.
İade — kişiye özel eserler
Kanuni haklar saklıdır: Gönüllü iade koşulları; ayıplı, eksik veya hiç teslim edilmeyen ürün ve hizmetlere ilişkin kanuni hakları sınırlandırmaz. Alıcının mutat meskeninin bulunduğu ülkede uygulanması zorunlu tüketici koruması hükümleri saklıdır.
Yazıma başlanmadan önce tam iade. Yazıma başlandıktan sonra bedel iadesi yapılmaz; bunun yerine isim, tarih, yer ve olay sırasına ilişkin düzeltmeler sınırsız olarak yapılır. SATICI yazıma başladığı tarihi ALICI'ya bildirir.
Hasarlı veya kaybolan basılı kitaplar
Basılı kitap hasarlı ulaşırsa veya belirtilen süre içinde ulaşmazsa, ALICI'nın bildirmesi üzerine kitap ücretsiz olarak yeniden basılıp gönderilir.
Yeniden gönderim önerisi, kanunen mevcut olan bedel iadesi veya diğer seçimlik hakları ortadan kaldırmaz.
Başvuru
Mevcut bir cayma hakkını kullanmak için İletişim sayfasındaki e-posta veya posta adresine açık bir bildirim gönderebilirsiniz. Örnek: “Sipariş tarihi …, sipariş numarası … olan … ürününe ilişkin sözleşmeden cayıyorum. Ad soyad: …”. Bu örneği kullanmanız zorunlu değildir.
İade ve şikâyet talepleri sipariş numarasıyla birlikte [email protected] adresine iletilir. Onaylanan iadeler 14 gün içinde ödemenin yapıldığı karta yapılır.
